Comment: I have to turn off my EZ Firewall to use online games that won't run unless the firewall is turned off. Normally, it's not a problem, but I can't turn off the firewall from my account. For some reason, the firewall can only be turned off from an account that has been the last one to be logged on by itself, or logged on first. The account that I need to access is my brother's, and it's protected by a password. I don't want to remove the password, and he isn't available right now. How can I turn off the firewall without having to switch to my brother's active account?

Reply: (edit)You should never turn off your firewall because it is the only thing that stops your computer from getting hacked into and getting viruses. The firewall should have setting s that allow certain programs to access the Internet and also to receive information. If it doesn't switch to one that does.
