Hello everyone, I have been asked by a friend of mine to help her with a problem she has on her website. The site has been infected with the exploit virus and it looks like it has attached itself to the jpeg images. when you enter the site your computer appears to freeze but is in fact running really slowly. When ctrl alt + delete are pressed, task manager shows the site address and about 50 or 60 exe. programs running simultaneously. Does anyone know how I can remove this virus from her site as she is a single mother and relies heavily on this site for her income. many thanks,
