I think that it may contain viruses on your computer. I don't think Windows would said 'it telt be that this operation cannot be performed because it contain a virus'. If you see that, update your antivirus. Then, immediately unplug the internet adapted or disconnect the internet and immediately start the scan. If your antivirus said that there is no virus. I think that the best way is to reinstall Windows 7 again. If you don't have an Antivirus, you should immediately buy an Antivirus OR go to the Internet to download and install free antivirus temporary. The best antivirus is Avira. Download the personal version which is free. Update it. Immediately disconnect the Internet and scan your computer. If there is no viruses or other security threats found, it is best to reinstall Windows 7 again and then install Avira personal(free version) OR install the paid version of your antivirus(if you had just brought). It is best to use the paid version as there is more protection against viruses or other security threats. Try the steps now that I gave you and see whether it work or not. Then reply me.

Edit: when i try to start Explorer.exe from task manager, the pop up windows that tell me explorer has a virus it Taskhost.exe and placed in c:\windows\systeme32\

maybe it helps

Ok, So here is what An updated Avast Off-internet Gave me.
It found 4 things

he Found twice those 2 things.

if i try to move them to quarantine, it tells me that they are ''read only ''
same if i try to delete them.
and if i try to '' repair '' them,
it's Read only for explorer.exe and ''The process cannot acces the file becuase it's being used by an other provess (32) for Wininit.exe

Any idea ?

I started my computer with linux ( download it from a friend computer and burn it on a dvd. ) then put the dvd in your computer and start your computer from the dvd ( F12 at startup and Boot from dvd in the boot menu.

from there , save all your data on a external hard drive. then reinstal windows and format everything completly .

i Used Ubuntu ( the linux version )
