Exploit Trojan

hi,

I ran my anti virus scan which is VET and it told me I had 3 infections. How do I remove them? It said it was a Java.ByteVerify.exploit trojan

It's actually one problem. The webpage at the link below will explain what it is, and also includes two links: One to Microsoft for further information, and another (Java.Shinwow) to help you deal with the issue.

I didn't read the whole link that Solarian supplied, so sorry if this is a repeat...but since you have XP --don't forget to disable/re-enable your system restore:

Thanks for your help Solarian and Thresher. I contacted my anti virus provider snd they gave me instructions on how to remove it.
