|That program is a rogue anti-virus program. Do not pay to use that software! It is the problem, not the solution. Try booting in Safe Mode w/ Networking, download and install Malwarebytes and SuperAntispyware, and do a full system scan with each program starting with Malwarebytes. Remove the threats they find and perform a second scan with each. Afterward, boot back into normal Windows and see if that icon in the "notification area" (the area near the clock) has disappeared and you can access your programs again.|
To boot in Safe Mode, restart your computer and continuously press F8 at the computer manufacturer's screen. This is before the Windows logo screen. You'll have a list of options, 3 being Safe Mode (Safe Mode, Safe Mode w/ Command Prompt, and Safe Mode / Networking).
If while in Safe Mode you cannot open your web browser or those anti-malware programs, try renaming them something different just temporarily.
Apologies if I don't respond to your reply immediately. I don't check this site daily.
