Every time I open the quarantyne window in norton antivirus, I must eliminate the marco!.exe, scrsvr.exe and instit.bat. How can I eliminate finally? Thanks

Yes, I did it. I think that it happens when I check e-mail. Is still infected my pc or the virus became inside mails? A win.ini backup also appear in quarantyne. That mean something? Thanks a lot.
