We have been using NIS and NAV 2003 for about 3 months. A few days ago we started receiving an error message nis.prod.1002,1 that states that a necessary component for this function is missing or damaged. We uninstalled and reinstalled, repaired IE 5.5, but were unable to go to the site to update DCOM (the next step of the previous didn't work??!!) Can anyone help??Thanks
