RED DOG, did your problem get resolved?
Please don't confuse me with XpUser...we are 2 different people, believe me....LOLSome HELP in posting on Cnet plus free progs and instructions Glad to Help!

XpUser4Real, No I don't confuse you with the other guy. I can tell that you don't walk around with your nose in the air. Anyway, It seems to happen when I'm on the Netzero Homepage. I did Hijackthis,ATF-Cleaner, Avast and Advanced WindowsCare V2 Personal. Nothing show up. It's only Happen 2 more times after my last post. I just kill it in Task Manager. Oh, I did notice that I can't remove the "Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer". I go to ADD and REMOVE then I click the Remove button and it just blinks 1 time. Nothing happens. Went to IE and I can't find the Google Toolbar nowhere. I'm running IE6. It's probably not related I just thought I'd mention it.

Now you say Netzero....are you using their software? That could be one of the problems if you are.
Any time you use a 3rd party software like Juno, Netzero, AOl, etc there will always be problems.
Maybe uninstall it and re-install it again. To uninstall the Google Toolbar:
You are using XP,you need to be logged in as an administrator to uninstall the Toolbar. Once you're logged in as an administrator, you can use the following steps to remove the Toolbar:Click the Windows Start menu in the lower-left corner of your screen.
Choose Settings > Control Panel.
Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
Select Google Toolbar for IE.
Click the Remove button.
If completing the steps above doesn't successfully remove the Toolbar, please try installing the Toolbar again (this is called "overinstalling") and then uninstalling. You can overinstall the Toolbar at http://toolbar.google.com. Once the installation is complete, please follow the instructions above to remove the Toolbar.

I just put 2 and 2 together about netzero. No I'm not using their software, I think! I use it for their free 10 hours a month for the E-mail. That way I get all the spam over there instead of my regular e-mail. Already tried the add and remove route. I'll try to reinstall Google. Let you know what happens later today. Going to bed!
