Enable proxy servers?

Well it simply means to enable your connection to go through a proxy server, usually you need another program to have that proxy running on it (alive proxy).
Going through a proxy usually means slower speeds and for 56k-ers (that's even not a word :) it would be like waiting donkey years to retrive data when surfing the web. Other than that enabling proxy servers without selecting a proxy shouldn't really work unless your ISP supports it.
