I need to know how do I find out where a e-mail is coming from,that is sent to me. I feel Cretan this is a scam but would like to know or sure ?

Learn how to read the headers. Search google for instructions.

If you read the text it is usually obvious it is a scam. Mostly it is suggesting something that is too good to be true and from someone you have never heard of.
If in doubt don't respond in any way (don't even use the "opt out", if any).

Tracing the source won't usually get you very far because they disguise themselves. You can contact your server but that doesn't usually help much either.
