My e-mail with hotmail.com was hacked about 3 weeks ago. Whomever changed my password and security question and then sent an e-mail to most of contacts saying I was stranded in England and needed $2,200.00 to get home. I have tried to contact msn and hotmail by phone and on-line, but no one has told me how to reset the password and question, so I can get my contacts e-mail addresses and answer any new e-mails. Thanks Wes
