Just curious, but is there a way to forward the SMTP and POP3 address for online email, to a standalone server which every computer on the network can then connect to securely. By securely I mean each email account is then associated by the computers IP Address or MAC address?

Sounds like you're talking about what a mail server does. I guess you could get sendmail or something set to check IP or MAC, but sounds like you just want secure email maybe? Will Certificates do what you want?
