since i install avg free adition ofor antuvirus i can no loner sent e mailor recieve any can some one help with this. it says server does not suport ssl

I think its your firewall you need to change your firewall permissions to allow AVG email scanner permission to access the internet


If any advice helps, please post back as it might help others.

as far as i know i dont have firewall how can i fine that out

An easy way to find out if you have a firewall installed is start>control panel>add remove programs and you can see if it's in there.
What I might suggest is maybe trying Avast! free anti-virus. I have been using it for 2 yrs and installed it after AVG 6 would not up-date for me. Try it if you like, you can find it at : http://www.majorgeeks.com/download2471.html

It has a great e-mail scanner and is really user friendly
