What if I delete EVERYTHING in a HjT scan?

You may end up deleting Registry entries needed to run legit programs. Don't think about it!!

If you delete everything in HJT you will effectively disable any of your programs that start with windows including legit ones such as firewall, antivirus, etc....not recommended!
If that is what you did...start HJT again> config> backups> restore what you need from the list you see. (by default HJT backs up anything you "fix")

Forgot to say...if you are restoring stuff you deleted with HJT..after restoring what you need to...reboot the computer for it to take effect.
