McAfee VirusScan, but it depends on what you mean by dual boot. If you are talking about Windows and DOS, when you install it in Windows (95/98) it will also install a DOS call in autoexec.bat which you can then copy into your DOS autoexec (which you can rename with the shell command in config.sys to avoid confusion).

I have dual boot Millenium & XP. Running any AV software from my XP OS scans every partition even Millenium. I dont think i'd be able to scan XP OS from my Millenium OS though because i'm using the NTFS file system with XP.
