DSO Exploit

Spybot found 4 files in the registry under H_Key_CurrentVersion\InternetSettings\Zones and said it was a DSO Exploit.
I found a fix for one of the files but there are still 3 more. Is it safe to delete these to fix it? Better safe to ask than sorry.

SpyBot will keep them in its recovery file, just in case you have a program that requires them. If you encounter a problem, you can restore the file out of the recovery area. Just make sure you do not shred or delete the files in SpyBot's recovery folder. Take care and all the best!
