DrWatson Postmortem+Lsasscrash+Win32 crash

September 8, 2011 at 22:34:43
Specs: Windows XP, P4 HT 3.0 Ghz, 2 GB ram
So this computer is acting up after an email containing an attachment was opened. What happened was first the Lsass.exe told me that the computer will shut down, other times Dr Watson Postmortem would crash, and now the Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has crashed too. Is there any way to save this computer? I scanned it with McAfee enterprises and nothing comes up. Please help!

"lsass.exe: System error" every time I boot Windows?
Note: The lsass.exe file is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32. In other cases, lsass.exe is a virus, spyware, trojan or worm!

This should also help.
