Reply: (edit)Hi Caley Your first one is in a system restore point these cannot be removed but have to be deleted. To do this turn off system restore by going to Start> Control Panel> System> System Restore Tab> and put a tick in the box that says turn off System Restore click apply and yes to the warning box then Ok and restart your computer. Now copy and Paste this to your browser for an on line Antivirus Scan http://housecall.antivirus.com/housecall/start_corp.asp This will download an active X control and antivirus definitions for the scan put a tick in the box to Auto Clean and another in my Computer and click scan After this switch system restore back on by unticking the box, Start> Control Panel> System> System Restore Tab> and untick the box that says turn off System Restore click apply and Ok
