Comment: Hi, I am currently cleaning up a friends computer which is riddled with spyware and viruses. Using Avast and Ad-aware i have cleaned most of the rubbish off. However the system is still infected with Drive Cleaner popups, and i'm not sure of the best way of cleaning this up. It's also possible that there's some other malware stuff on there. I've downloaded Hijack This and run the system scan after startup. I can post the log when required. Any ideas on how to go about cleaning up would be much appreciated ! Thanks, Magic Bob

Reply: (edit)Download , ATF Cleaner and run then download Super Anti-Spyware and install, Boot to safe mode (Continually tap F8 key while booting up) and run Super anti-Spyware Then reboot to normal mode " If at first you don't succeed, destroy all evidence that you tried."
