|So, well this is not a question BUT a solution. I was lookiing for a soultion for some hours and found nothing! So I decided to share this to the public for quicker help ;)|
This should be helpful on every Windowssystem starting at NT 4 up to the current 8.1 I guess ...
For me the following worked well:
Check if shell.dll shell32.dll ole32.dll are present is sytem32 folder
win+r cmd enter
cd to windows\system32 folder
seem that this was unregisterd by one of these malwares that my daughter caught on her computer: "MyPC Backup" , "Basis" , "Nationzoom" or maybe something completly different. She had about 70 infections, although there was a realtime viruscan on all the time. So do a Malwarescan as well beside your resident scanner.
We used Malwarebytes free edition and CCCleaner from Prirform as well as AdwareScanner ...
Hope that helps!
