When I downloaded Service Pack 2 earlier this week, after I restarted, I lost the ability to access My Computer, My Documents, Control Panel, etc. and when I would try, I would receive the Dr. Watson Debugger error. I have run Ad-Aware, SpyBot and Spysweeper (and have quarantined and removed a number of files) and have had Symantec Antivirus/Firewall for over a year now but I'm still having problems. From my internet searches, it sounds like I have a virus. Can anyone help me and tell me what I need to do? (and in detail please! I don't want to mess up my computer more than it already is!) I can provide a Hijack log list if needed.
