hello, do anyone know the dptmpolicylpmservicehelpr.
I think its a typ of maleware?
First, I would download an anti virus boot disk (ISO File), something like AVG, Kaspersky, or Avira Anti virus. Burn the disk, boot off of it, and scan your system. Or you can go to TrendMicro and do an online anti virus scan and it will find the malware if that is what you have. You can also click the Run button, above the Start button and input the letters MSCONFIG. Check for the entry inside of the listings under the services and startup tabs. Uncheck the entry, click apply, and then okay. Reboot your system and see if the program is gone, while checking the Start Task Manager by simultaneously pressing the Alt, Control, and Delete buttons. If you encounter startup issues with your system, just go into Safe Mode and repeat the procedure for starting MSCONFIG. Just recheck the entry you disbaled and reboot your system. Hope this helps you.
Just to add that "dptmpolicylpmservicehelpr" is just garbage which won't mean anything to anyone. It might well be down to a virus as you say. Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
Just do a quick scan with malwarebytes and fix all it finds for starters:
