I have run House Call and Trojan Remover. They both say I'm clean. However, Norton keeps saying I have a download.trojan in the file belt.exe. Norton won't quarantine or delete. I tried looking for it, and deleting it myself. That didn't work. Here's my log from Hijackthis:

hello
you might allso reboot to safe mode and do search files and folders for this file and delete it than and empty trash. a good program for deleting files that windows dose not like to is eraser its was oridgely writen for linux but has been now made for windows and it will over write any file up to 35 times with random data. just killed a trojin last week nothing else would quarenteen or delete wit it.
