I have the virus Downloader.MSCache and I've tried to clear it several times using the steps outlined on symantec's website. Whenever I attempt to disable the browser help object, it tells me that "The specified module can't be found." I don't know what to do! I already disabled system restore and did all the other instructions that Norton says to do.
