Downloader.Mislead.App Virus

I have an office workstation that is infected with Downloader.Mislead.App virus. I ran Norton scan and Spybot S&D - both of which say all is now clear. I turned off restore point and ran both in safe mode. Large warning box is now gone from screen but a screen keeps loading (Windows XP Antivirus 2008) so all is not clear. How can I completely remove this problem from the station?
