I am getting multiple popups from Norton saying that I have the Downloader virus. Have tried multiple tools and scans to get rid of it but no luck. Also am getting a svchost.exe error and looking that up it points me to some kind of infection. I am assuming the two issues are related. Any help would be appreciated.

Please post a Hijack This log so that the files associated with the virus/spyware/hijacker can be identified. Please download HJTsetup.exe from this link http://www.thespykiller.co.uk/files/HJTsetup.exe to your desktop. Doubleclick on the HJTsetup.exe icon on your desktop. Here is the report from Panda. I had to run it in safe mode, couldnt keep the other running long enough otherwise. Please download VundoFix at http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4 and save it to your desktop. Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it. Put a check next to 'Run VundoFix as a task'. You will receive a message saying vundofix will close and re-open in a minute or less. Click OK. When VundoFix re-opens, right click inside the white box and click 'Add More Files?' Copy and paste the below entries into each line: C:\WINDOWS\system32\kbdard.dll C:\WINDOWS\system32\dradbk.* Click 'Add Files' and click 'Close Window'. Click 'Scan for Vundo' button. Once it's done scanning, click the 'Remove Vundo' button. You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo. When completed, it will prompt that it will shutdown your computer. click OK. Turn your computer back on. Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt

I didnt have alot of luck with vundofix. I never could get it to run as a task, would check the box and it would never come back, tried with a regular boot and in safe mode. While in safe mode I did run it as a app, (not a task) and it did not find any infections for kbdard.dll. I never could get it to scan for dradbk.*. Dont know if it didnt like the wild card or what. Any other suggestions?
