Hello! I'm new to this forum and in a bit of a panic at the moment. I'm using Norton Antivirus 2005, and yesterday it found and deleted something it simply identitfies as "Downloader." It isn't
telling me what specific downloader virus it found. It found the virus in the following file:

C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\JPI_CA~1\jar\1.0\count.jar-721b67e3-400e6448.zip

I've done some research online and learned that antivirus software often will
not detect a threatening .zip file until after that .zip file has already been
opened and the payload has been installed. At the moment, nothing obviously out of the ordinary is happening, but I want to make certain my system hasn’t been compromised. If have any mailicious software, I don’t know how to find it, so I’m coming here for help. If anyone has any advice, it would be much appreciated. I've already run HijackThis, and if anyone needs to see the log, I will gladly provide it. Thanks.

Looks to me that you have an infection in the java folder... I had the same thing a week ago.
If don't have AVG,(grisoft anti virus) download it now.. (it's free) and go to your program file, java folder, right click and scan with AVG. Norton AV did not pick it up when I had this problem.
