on start up when windows is loading and my other progs are loading i have a trojan virus that is invoking a dialer......at one time it would connect through my isp and go directly to a porn site.....i've ran AVG and it detected 9 viruses and either quarantined or healed 4 of them but the other 5 are in _RESTORE files and AVG says it cannot remove them......i've tried several things to get rid of them.....disabling system restore and running AVG......disabling system resore and trying to delete the infected folder.....all of these things were advice from other forums .........if someone could please help me i would greatly appreciate it

Summary: I just found that I have the trojan horse Downloader.realtens.CPY and I can't seem to remove it with my AVG Free Edition antivirus. It won't heal it or anything. Can anyone tell me how to remove this....
