Help, I have a downloader agent on my puter. AVG picks it up but says it can't remove it to the vault or heal it. I have zone alarm but that hasn't stopped it either. Any help much appreciated.

Summary: I keep getting this 'virus' back on my system. I run the cleaners in safe mode and reboot and after about an hour or so Pop-Ups for Virus porgrams start appearing. The programs are reinstalling them...
