I fdisk this older machine and put win 98se on It. Need a driver for video card went to driverguide and found one. Downloaded It. Well needed to reboot and now nothing. Tried to just start over with fdisk and formating. But It will just tell me no fdisk present. Hard drive Is set In bios. Using a floopy boot disk that I've used before. Any ideals what I can do now. Thank you all for your help.

If you truly believe you have downloaded a virus from driverguide, you should let them know.

What is far more likely is you are experiencing a hardware problem - you report "no fdisk present" - I imagine you mean "no fixed disks present".

If the hard drive is "set In bios" then you might try a diagnostic from the manufacturer

Resist the temptation to close your request for help with semantically-null questions like “Can anyone help me?”
