Do you know this virus??

HI i guess i have a virus, there is little harm but it is very anoying, and the most frustrating aspect is that i don't know how to make it go away, the only effect it does is when i want to write, for example a word with the letter "ó", i can't do it because the supposed virus puts automatically ´´, the same with ~~ and ^^, I have win 98 also installed and there's no problem when i write in it. And also, i haven't changed any definitions on my keyboard, that's why i suspect that there's a virus in my pc anyone can help me? thanks
