do i have a virus

is Qoolaid a harmful virus or even a virus at all could it cause my computer to run extreamly slow and the proccesor is always a t 100% its never done this b4 i had warning from norton internet security it doesnt do any thing about it i have even recovered the computer and got the virus right after doing it or idk i dont think it the proccesor bc it worked fine b4 even though its AMD Sempron 3400+ dont know any thing else about it

ok this isnt working bc i have excluded the virus but havent tried to run it safe mode bc i dont no how to run windows xp in safe mode didnt even no it had a safe mode so how do i get it in safe mode?

keep tapping the F8 key on bootup should get you in.

Thanx Alote XpUser4Real that qoolaid virus is gone and my computer processor now runs at low % not always at 100%. no more popups thanx so mutch
