just to let you know i have done a full system scan with Norton and Aware Pro and found nothing

I haven't heard of bloodhound for ages.

I think youve got a Adware problem. You went some where and picked it up. They go right threw your IE Browser and install. Some company is trying to sell you a program or something. Download Adaware and run it.....that might fix your problem.
