I've run a million different virus scans through my computer and come up clean. Also done ad-aware and spybot. Something is on my computer that disables my firewall, antivirus, and prevents me from editing the registry. Here is a hijack this log. Try running a trojan Scanner,a good one is @ Trojan Remover Or try a online scan @ Online

Can you post the hijack log instaed? When you run the scan the scan button changes to "save log" button..save the log and post entire contents in reply.. Can't find much info yet but I believe this is the bug, everything I read so far..it is trojan related. The process: C:\WINNT\System32\spoolsvc.exe It's startup from registry in the run/run services (HKLM) Windows Vptray = spoolsvc.exe The service: Windows Vptray: "C:\WINNT\System32\spoolsvc.exe" -service (autostart) Note the spelling..the valid one is spoolsv.exe.

Good eye. spoolsvc.exe is indeed the problem. http://www.sophos.com/virusinfo/analyses/trojsxtba.html <-- That should tell you what you need to get rid of it.
