two options:

1. Call some friend that can break the password
2. Reset BIOS using the battery

Please note that I`m talking about bios password, and NOT windows password

Please give me an idea.
How do one forget a "power on password", if one needs it more than once a week to work with that computer?
That sounds odd to me.

The question is, if it's his or her computer, how can one forget the password.
If it's not his or her computer, there is no help here.
I'll not help someone to access someones computer, who is not authorized to do so.
