Hi I am trying to install my printer but get a message saying to disable norton internet 2009, but when I try to start it by double clicking or right clicking the icon nothing happens. Does anyone know of another way to disable norton please?

Right-Click My Computer, Manage, Services and Applications, Services. Then find the Norton Service and right-click, then Stop.
