Solved Difficulty removing Win 7 2012 Virus

December 21, 2011 at 19:53:26
Specs: Windows 7, AMD Quad 4/4 Gig DDR2
I cannot seem to get the Win 7 Antivirus removed from my wife's PC. It has all systems completely locked down.

I tried downloading some "fixes" to CD Rom and running them, but it somehow has even the drive corrupted because it will not read the disc. I even tried other discs to be sure it was not a disc error.

I am working on my laptop, we have a home network set up for internet and some file sharing. I tried downloading roguekiller and pasting it into her drive, but it will not open, it just goes to the std virus screen from Win 7. I ran it on my laptop and it didn't have any probems.

I also tried a fix through malware, but it won't run either. I do have Malware on her home PC and run Microsoft Security Essentials and SuperAntispywareblocker, but it somehow got through everything.

I logged on in Std safe mode, but the *&^%$%^ virus screens even pop up there and won't let me run restore.
System runs Windows 7.

I can't run anything on her computer for internet, downloading etc etc.

Any kind souls have ideas?

I did finally get into my boot scan, just going into F8 menu to normal or safe mode didn't help, but there was an option for boot scans and/or computer repair, when I went into it it allowed me to do a system restore point back from 4 days prior to my problem and that seems to have fixed my problem.
