When I turn on pc, after booting up the screen displays, “ WARNING SPYWARE DETECTED ON YOUR COMPUTER! INSTALL AN ANTIVIRUS OR SPYWARE REMOVER TO CLEAN YOUR COMPUTER. Tab are missing on my Display Properties for my background and my screensaver. Also my System Restore has no restore dates to choose from.

My advice is that first you have to try remote scan on your pc from an updated antivirus pc and i recommend Symantec Antiviruse End point protection or NAV2008, then after you finish you install antivirus in your pc and then you use your operating system CD to repair your operating system. Regards
