I don't know if this problem is caused by a virus or not. One day this image just popped up on my desk top and i can't get rid of it even if I changed the wall paper it shows on the wall paper. It actually looks like a name of the vendor that I associated with a few weeks ago (huge fonts like 48pt) and it looks exactly like how the company name was shown on the letter head of this company which i received a quote on, as an attachment in a word format. I opened it with no problem. I don't want to stuck with this. How can I get rid of it?? Please, someone help. Faye

Disable System Restore. Download and install MalwareBytes and run a full scan. Delete everything it detects. Reboot, then re-enable System Restore.
