JV16 power tools is one I have been playing around with this last week. It's actually a really nice program. They have a fully functional 30 day trial and then after that the program locks but those 30 days should give you time to play around

Revo Uninstaller is a handy little uninstaller utility you might like to try.

It's freeware and xp compatible.
