Hi

I realized the Dell was Hacked by Godzilla a few months ago and took the steps in ridding the pc of the virus. Now the Dell contracted the Virus .vbs MS32DLL.dll.vbs Now I took the steps to delete and rid the Dell of this Virus (close to 28 hours now) How ever after ridding of the .vbs Virus I found a Dialer Win32/StripPlayer Virus and GccMFC_application virus. After deleted this virus I found another virus ( I think is a VIrus) C:\WINDOWS/tmlpcer something. After reboot I got the BSoD (blue screen of death) Not sure how I got rid of this but I did. Then I rebotted in Safe Mode and tried to redownload some drivers from Microsoft however the Dell is preventing this by stating blocked by administrator something. I tried run to see if I could pull up the config or recon something My run is showing all errors stating cannot find. I do have it written down at home however I do not have it right this second. I cannot start windows regular WINDOWS XP home edition because the screen remains black and the c drive light flashes for a few seconds and then no longer responds.I can only start in safe mode. There is no dates available for system restore. At first all my programs seemed to be missing from the Dell however after ridding from the .vbs seems as though most programs and file have been replaced somehow. PLEASE PLEASE HELP me. My Husband is Deployed and we cannot chat with the PC working. How do I reboot and start with out the safe mode and how do I get the Drivers to install? Thank you so much very grateful for any help.

Download the "HijackThis" Installer from this link:

http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/e...

1. Save " HJTInstall.exe" to your desktop.
2. Double click on HJTInstall.exe to run the program.
3. By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis.
4. Accept the license agreement by clicking the "I Accept" button.
5.Click on the "Do a system scan and save a log file" button. It will scan and then ask you to save the log.
6. Click "Save log" to save the log file and then the log will open in Notepad.
7. Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" to copy the entire contents of the log.
8. Paste the log in your next reply.
9. Do NOT have HijackThis fix anything yet! Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required.

Post Hijackthis Log in your next reply.

If you face any problem during this process then let me know.!
