Hi!
I have some jpeg files whose file title is in green color. im unable to view it. i found it encrypted in its properties. i have formatted my system and re installed Windows Xp but all in vain. i don't remember the previous user account. I have tried all sort of things but still getting "Error Applying Attributes". Everybody is saying i should have DRA or had appropiate certificate files but i don't have the one now. The contains my valuable data of approx. 1GB. Plz Help me!!!
