First, Run an online scan at either of the following two:
http://housecall.antivirus.com/
http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/com/
If it cannot be cleaned, Click Start > Run > type msconfig and click OK. On the general tab click 'selective startup'. Then click the Startup tab. Locate the entry for the file and un-check it. apply/ok and reboot.
Do a find files for it and delete it.
