Maybe this will help you:

http://windowsprotection.net/how-to...

If not then download MalwareBytes anti-malware or Spyware Doctor and scan your PC.

If Malwarebytes did not help, try another anti-spyware program
that could be the solution for your problem:
- Superantispyware (download free version from here)
- Save setup file to your desktop and double-click the
SUPERAntiSpyware.exe file to start the installation.
- Before starting computer scan, make sure you have up-to-date
software version.

If non of the above tools worked, visit
http://www.pcindanger.com/cyber-sec... for
alternative removal method.

Hope this helps to fix your problems.

As I stated with previous posts dealing with CyberSecurity infections, most of the times I have come across this one, it has had a rootkit infection on the machine as well.

Download and run Dr. Web CureIt Free. (http://majorgeeks.com/Dr.Web_CureIT_d4783.html)

I have had very good luck with this program finding and removing all sorts of rootkits.
