CWS infection PLEASE HELP

I have been infected by the CWS trojan. I ran shredder nad received this msg regarding windows\directcc.exe as a possible trojan. I didnot remove it at this time and would like some help eliminating the problem. IE won't load unless i disable the firewall and norton nor spybot recognize any trojans. please help.

You should let CWShredder remove everything it finds. Then run a good trojan removal program. This page has a list of free av and trojan removal software.
