Comment:

i recentlty recieved an allert from zone allart that win32.exe wants to access the Inet. I blocked that one, then i got another one from a file explorer.exe which i also blocked but as ZA suggest that might be a trojan horse since i dont have any antivirus protection except the ZA and Spy-Bot Search and Destroy. Can anybody help me to resolve this problem..I also might need a free antivirus software..
Thanks in advance..
Carl

Start with an ONLINE AV scan at HouseCall_AV by TrendMicro. This will take a while to run but worth it to know that you do not have a virus or common Trojan. If any are found and not removed, go to either PC-cillin or Symantec Removal Tools or McAfee_AV sites for information on the specific virus and removal tools and instructions.

Then look for a good Worm and Trojan program.

Follow JackG's suggestions, then get a antivirus program to protect your friends and yourself, like AVG or AVAST. XP does have some special program access issues using the internet, so make sure you are checking for XP program access and not 98 or ME.

Could be a DDOS attack ?
You may have to disable UPNP....
