Cureit.exe infected with Agent.exe

I have been using Cureit.exe for several months without problems. However, today when attempting to download an run the latest version of Cureit, AVG anti-virus stops the action and gives the message that Cureit.exe is infected with Agent.exe. When I click on Heal, AVG then deletes the program. What is Agent.exe and what does it do? Should Dr.Web be advised of the problem. Thanks
