the virus is keeping spybot and malwarebyte's antimalware from running. It has attached itself to many of my windows components as well as my search engines and who knows what else. I need help getting rid of it.

You should scan your computer with updated Malwarebytes in
Safe Mode. (Restart the computer and press F8 and select Safe Mode).

I downloaded the program, but just like all the others, it wont let the program (the setup for the program in this case) run. I get a timer for a second and then nothing happens. Also, it just took over my firefox and wont let me use that now either.
