I'm using win2000(Pro), ADSL, PIII. Updated 2003 Norton Virus Scan.

My CPU usage is always 100% no matter is online or offline. It happened suddenly on yesterday after leaving my Internet Connection intact. I've checked the task manager. It is first the msn???.exe cause 90% of the usage. I deleted this application in the task manager. Then, it turns to be the "System" which occupy 100% of the CPU usage. Am I catching a virus? What can I do now? The processing of my PC is very very slow!!
