I doubt there is an easy way around this because that is what these programs are all about. With the password it should be possible to uninstall the program. It is not generally considered proper for us to provide help with over-riding passwords on this forum.

Try contacting content pro themselves, with all the details - maybe they can help.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

If you are the Administrator, this will help.

SIW ( I use the Freeware version )
http://www.softpedia.com/get/System...
http://www.softpedia.com/progScreen...
http://www.gtopala.com/siw-download...
Copy of the Free version I use ( No need to take out a Premium account or sign up for anything )
http://www.filedropper.com/siw-setup_1
Or here,
http://www.datafilehost.com/downloa...
I use SIW for Licenses & Passwords.
1: Left hand column. Software > Licenses.
2: Software > Passwords

I have no idea until you try.

Get someone to help if it is beyond your skill level.
